Cozy and compact room with the TV and twin beds and amazing view. Easy check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. Bistro bar and nice pool. Central location of the hotel, brilliantly helpful staff at the reception desk.

Appreciated my very good stay for the price. The staff was outstandingly accommodating & incredibly nice. I had outstanding food for breakfast for different diets. It was in the central location close to the metro station.
There was no parking.

The food options were excellent, especially the guava jam. Breakfast at Twine was good with friendly staff. My room was impeccably clean, thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. Check-in took longer than expected due to high traffic, and I missed having coffee facilities within the room.

This hotel was attractive, with excellent service and magnificent location to exhibition. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the bistro bar. They offered me wake up service free of charge too.

Perfect Service and Location
Our stay felt really good. The hotel's proximity to the World Trade Center made traveling for the exhibition easy.
I was disappointed that the breakfast selection was limited, lacking in variety that could have better started our day.

No safety box in the rooms , answering the telephone calls to the hotel from outside the hotel takes time ,stop of airport bus services

Shower panel design leads to a consistently wet bathroom!!! Rude and unhelpful staff regarding payment discrepancies marred my experience!!! Hot water issues are unacceptable for any hotel stay!!!

Italian Restaurant, central Dubai.
The rates were slighly cheaper when I booked through Booked.net but the receptionist was not informed and had to contact the duty manager.The receptionist forgot to activate the electronic room key therefore I had to make another visit to the reception area to ask them.
